Important Information
Bathing Requirement: ALL companions must be bathed and dry upon pick-up.
Client's Supplies: Clients are encouraged to provide their preferred food, harness & leash, bedding (e.g., blankets, towels), chew toys, and kennel/crating. However, we do offer these supplies as well. All travel crates must meet the USDA requirements.
Accommodations: We stay in pet-friendly hotels only when absolutely necessary. We stay with the animals at all times, taking routine rest breaks at Travel Centers. Overnight driving is avoided whenever possible to prioritize safety for us and our passengers.
Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, we will need a note from the vet with dosage instructions. We follow your instructions to the letter when it comes to feeding and medications.
Puppy transport: Puppies under 16 wks of age are not put on the ground at any time! We use disposable puppy pads and sanitize often to keep little ones safe and healthy! Our "no ground touch" policy keeps puppies away from parvo and other life threatening illnesses.
